Our Services & Capabilities

BMGH provides opportunities for residents to choose a Day Facility or Day Services offered by BMGH, that offers Socialization, Community integration, Prevocational skills training and possible Community Job Placement.  Residents have the opportunity to become capable, dependable, and enthusiastic members of the workforce.

Residents, who would like to seek community employment are assisted in learning job skills as well as, when possible, assistance with obtaining and maintaining employment in the community.  Day program/services staff members work individually with each person in developing a career path and searching cooperatively throughout the community for a suitable employment opportunity.  In some instances, a Vocational Job Coach is able to tailor a job to the needs and capabilities of both the employer and employee.  Residents are provided with an array of options and the necessary support to fulfill their vocational interests.
